According to the law 1/2002 of Juridic Associations we have to complay with the law 1/2002 of Juridic Associations which says that the number of founding members can not be smaller than three.
Thes founding members will be able to exert (any job role and responsibility)within the social organisation.
Once theirs jobs periods are over they will be nominated “Chavaliers Confrares
D’Honor”.

Capitulary Coucill.

This body will be made of those members of the directive board plus four founding members such as; Condestable, Camarlenc and two Capitulary Counceller.
The Capitulary Councill has the venit of organaizing and taking for word the Protocolaries Ceremonies set by the fraternity.All its members will have the right to speak and vote.
The Capitulary Council will be the one to deal especially with the appointing ceremony and others protocolary I nstances.

Types of fraternities.

Following the solemns and ancestral customs of the medieval Fraternities, the Fraternity is proud for the joining of news Fraternity members granting them its new statuts as a Fraternities Chavaliers of Merit and Honor, in a solemn appointing ceremony carried out by all its members.The Association members can be set apart by “chavaliers”and all of them belong to the fraternity.
Any personality that throughout the year had excel within his activity in the defense and promotion of extra virgen olive oil of “Les Garrigues” will be appointed “Chavalier of Merit”.
Such distinction “Chavalier Confrare of Honor” is reserved just for a gracions guest to whom is dedicated the solemniry of appointment ceremony.
Those whom don’t want to belong to the Fraternity but on the other hand want to show as theirs support and assistance will be appointed with the distinction of Friends of Olive Oil.

Special working days.

At the end of the harvest season some working-days will take place dedicated to Fraternity. During such working-days basically ludic ones.The election of the Queen’s olive oil will take place and al so a Town-crier who will be the one start off the Ceremonies.

Clothings.

The Fraternity Chavaliers members will be dressed during suchs celebration and onather special ocasions with the cloak of the Fraternity and with his the his medallions.

The Virgin Extra Olive Oil Young Fraternity of “Les Garrigues”.

The Young Fraternity is under the patronage of the Fraternity .Its ains is to formate the usage of olive oil for the nourrishment, Mediterranian Diet, among the young people between 18 and 30 years old. The Young Fraternity will have the aim of organising all rinds of activities and ceremonies which among these we would like to highlight those such a visits to wind mills, study trips to other olive oil places tasting courses.
The Young Fraternity will have its own Board of Directives and will organize solemn ceremonies the some way as the other Fraternity that will everlop its own activities and festivities.

The mass media.

Over the last years we have been aware that the mass media have had a consistent focus over the best qualithy products such as wine and olive oils among those we will highlight the olive oil of “Les Garrigues”.
Throughout the years many olive oil have come out, hightlisting the importance that the olive oli has in our current diet in the sense of being healthy and good. Among such array of different olive oils theres is one which is remarkably a cut above the rest wich is the virgin olive oil extra.
It was quite an inprecedent feat when the member of Parliament called Francesc Macia stated that olive oils cut not be blended with other oils of oleaginous plants in order to preservere above all the purity and genuinity of the olive oil that was produce in his constituency which he was a representative.
Nowadays the extra olive oil of “Les Garrigues” is reknowed and famous around the world.Its personality has speaded throughout the main world markets.This Fraternity is intending to do its bit in order to keep its presting and will liase with the mass media in order to promote the importance of olive oil for the consumer.
Every member of the Fraternity , every new Chavalier and above all the Queen, the towncrier and the Fraternity member of honor will contribute to the acknalegment and prestigious of the product and this sector.
